In the wake of our founder's untimely demise, Sadguru Properties transitioned into the capable hands of a second-generation visionary and entrepreneur, Mr. Darshil Shah.

2015-18 A New Chapter
Under Mr. Darshil Shah's visionary guidance, Sadguru Properties underwent a strategic rebranding to Elint Realty in 2015, setting the stage for global expansion.
By 2017, Elint had become one of the first companies to adapt to new market trends and regulatory changes like RERA and GST. This move further solidified its position as an industry pioneer.
Under the tactful guidance of Mr. Darshil Shah, Elint Realty achieved significant growth and expansion in all areas of its business by the end of 2018.

2021 A Landmark Deal
Amidst harsh COVID-19 limitations, Elint Realty orchestrated the landmark redevelopment and sale of Center One Mall—the first mall to open in Navi Mumbai. Further showcasing our expertise in structuring high-profile, complex projects and schemes.

2023 Birth of HundredX
In 2023, Mr. Darshil Shah accomplished a major milestone by co-founding HundredX—a forward-thinking B2C partner to Elint Realty.
